The travel article i.e. suitcase or bag (3) has four wheels (1, 1 bis) fixed on below the bag, where the two wheels are at front of the bag and other two wheels are at rear of the bag. Deployable bars (2, 2 bis) are fixed on each end of the bag, where the bars are deployed, when the bag is carried on the wheels. A movable and deployable tube (4) connects the bars, and a hook (5) connects a handle (9) and suitcase or bag (7). Handles (11, 11 bis) permit to carry the bag without using the wheels.
