The actuator has excitation coils (30) crossed by controlled electric current, where the coils and magnet assemblies (32, 33) are moved with respect to each other between closed and opened positions. A magnetic circuit includes a fixed yoke (10) and a movable yoke (20) that is integrated in the magnet assemblies or the coils. Magnetic routers (35, 36) are fixed to the coils and are arranged in a manner such that the routers are positioned in a part between the coils and the assemblies in the closed position so as to divert a part of magnetic field from the assemblies.
