The exchanger (1) has cylindrical burners (4a, 4b) coaxially housed inside primary lights (5a, 5b) i.e. helical winding of flattened tube, respectively. The light (5b) is communicated with a secondary light (6). An oval shaped envelope (10) is subdivided at a level of the light (6) using a barrier (7) which extends at the interior and the exterior of the light (6). A circumferential sector of the light (6) is passed over and traversed by hot gas generated by the burner (4a) and remaining sectors of the light (6) are passed over and traversed by hot gas generated by the burner (4b). An independent claim is also included for a boiler battery.
