The tool has a case (31) integrating a transmission device with an input shaft (40) connected to an electrical motor (32). An output shaft (53) rotatably drives other tools. Transmission sub-assemblies transmit prescrewing torque to the output shaft and comprise respective unidirectional clutches (48, 52). The clutches are formed by free wheels and activated by inverting a rotation direction of the motor. A deactivating unit has a centrifugal clutch for deactivating the sub-assemblies to drive the output shaft and/or latter tools along an unscrewing direction of a fixation element.
