The machine (1) has movable and fixed electrically conductive assemblies formed by upper and lower blades (10, 11) that are carried by movable and fixed broaches (2, 8), respectively, where the blades have rotating sections. The assemblies are animated with a relative displacement along a distance parallel to a rotational axis of the blades. The assemblies are electrically isolated from one another. An undervoltage circuit is configured between elements of the assemblies for providing information e.g. alert information, on the contact between the blades.
