The trolley has wheels (5) mounted on pivoting supports (6). The supports are pivoted between an extended position, in which the supports permit rolling of the trolley, and a retractable position in which the supports completely withdraw the wheels into a case of a bag. A maintaining unit has two notches arranged at 90 degrees in a tubular portion (11) of each support. A housing (15) receives the wheels and the supports in the retractable position. The tubular portion is pivotably engaged on a tube (2).
