The femoral rod has a diaphyseal element (1) comprising a rod to be introduced in a medullary cavity, and a coaxial conical surface (1c) emerging from the cavity, where the surface couples with a metaphyseal element (2) that constitutes a sleeve. The element (2) has a conical surface (2c) coupling with an epiphyseal element (3), and the element (2) is formed with different heights for reconstituting the anatomical metaphysis. The conical surface between the elements (1, 2) and the surface between the elements (2, 3) are same such that the element (3) is coupled directly to the element (1).
