The cap has a body inside which a junction disk (41) is arranged. The disk has a communication orifice between a rigid dip tube (56) arranged in a plastic bag containing liquid and a flexible flow pipe, where the liquid passes from the tube to the pipe. The tube and the pipe are arranged on both sides of the disk and constitute removal elements. A locking ring maintains the pipe on an end of the orifice, where the ring is maintained in a folded position on the disk using a pin arranged on an inner wall of the body.
