The system has two continuous wave radars (2, 3, 4) connected to a detection data processing system (8). The system executes obstacle localization along a radial axis by calculating distance between the radars and the obstacle, and along a vertical axis with respect to the radars by calculating the elevation of the obstacle by utilizing a monopluse angle error measurement process. The system executes the obstacle localization along a horizontal axis transversing with respect to a set axis of the radars by the calculating an azimuth position of the obstacle using a Doppler filtration.
