The mask has a frame supporting a transparent glass, and a flexible apron engaged on a face of a swimmer, in a sealed manner. A slot is opened in a skirt for permitting selective entry of water inside the mask so as to remove the mist formed on the glass. The slot is opened by a control device i.e. valve, and by supporting on an adjacent zone of the slot. The slot is closed by a tab for directing the water towards the glass.
