The device has a small case arranged on a motorized or non motorized two wheeler, where the device includes components made of resin. The case ignites an LED to obtain dipped beams after 15 seconds of starting and permit extinction of the LED to turn off the beams during stopping operation of a switch key, where the LED is powerful with variable colors. An operating indicator indicates the operation in broad day and an alarm indicates in case of malfunctioning of the device.
