The device has an installation base (1) extended by a projection (2) arranging a reception surface (3) for receiving sheets (4). The base has a rounded protuberance (5) on which a jaw (7) slides, where the jaw includes a binding surface (8) cooperating to the surface (3) to lock and maintain the sheets. The projection and the jaw has multipolar magnets (9, 10) arranged opposite to one another with opposite polarities. The base and the jaw are molded in non magnetic metallic alloy e.g. zinc alloy, and the protuberance and a projecting filter (6) of the jaw are made of synthetic material.
