The device has an injecting channel (4) with a shoulder tightly applied against a wall delimiting a hole (9) in a bone i.e. spongy bone, for placing an osteosynthesis material. The channel has a free end portion (7) formed between the shoulder and a free end of the channel, and penetrated in the hole. The portion has a length corresponding to length of a screw such that distal injection openings are found above a bone cortex, when the shoulder is applied against an opening of the hole.
