The device has a right parallelepiped frame (1) supporting on posts (2) of connections for connecting attachments of traction pallets. A removable seat is adjustable in all planes of space, by a bottom (8) resting on a base (7) by a telescopic support (9) supporting a headrest-chinstrap, where the headrest-chinstrap is adjustable in all directions of space with respect to structure of a patient. Rollers (11) are joined to the frame for displacement and/or positioning of the device.
