The device has a coupling rod (D) driven by a piston during the explosion. The coupling rod is supported on another coupling rod (A) which blocks a free wheel (B) connected to a crank pin (C) when the push is transmitted by the coupling rod (D) such that the push is oriented to form an angle (F) with an axis of the piston. Lock washers (E) are compressed for restoring the device to its initial position. The rod (D) provides a robust lever arm with a crankshaft.
