The device has fishhooks with long rods that are welded for forming a U shaped wire conformation i.e. hook (1) that elastically maintains a bait fish on its lateral surfaces. Another fishhook is deformed at its end to form an attachment (4). The attachment is inserted in the hook with its buckle, and is welded in a central part of the hook, where heads of the attachment and the hook are positioned in a same direction. The attachment is placed perpendicular to the hook in a horizontal manner.
