The method involves heating metallic balls (7) at high temperature, and removing the balls for placing the balls at a place for creating a conduit in polystyrene, where the conduit is vertical and the balls are retrievable and reusable. One ball creates the conduit via melting by descending via gravity. A metallic wire construction is arranged on a gas burner (1), and the balls are received by the metallic wire construction. The construction is constituted of superimposed rings (2 - 4) connected to each other by assembling metallic wires (5), where the rings have different diameters. An independent claim is also included for a device for creating a polystyrene conduit for the passage of electrical sheaths for mural insulation of a habitat.
