The device e.g. spectacles bows (1), has a sensor (2) e.g. sensofoil pressure sensor, for controlling an on/off switch of an electronic equipment towards a stop position when the device passes from a port location to a non-port location. The sensor is sensible to characteristic e.g. temperature characteristic, of a bodily zone of a carrier. The sensor deactivates a Bluetooth connection and/or is separated from main electronics of the equipment in the non-port location. A maintenance providing unit provides maintenance of the switch in an off position.
