Transmitting handwritten scripts and converting handwritten patterns

A transmission apparatus and method are disclosed. The apparatus comprises an input, processing and executing unit. The handwritten input unit is provided with a screen 101 for continuously inputting a plurality of handwritten scripts 1011. The processing unit then converts the handwritten scripts 1011 into a string of script patterns. The script patterns are sequentially shrunk and transformed into a string of micro-patterns 111. The execution unit then transmits the micro-patterns to a receiving end, which is external to the device. Alternatively, the input unit receives a handwritten pattern which is converted into a command instruction. The execution unit then executes a corresponding program based on the command instruction.
