PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool having a boring bar magazine, which does not need to secure a moving space in plan view over the whole body of the boring bar magazine, reduces power necessary for exchanging the boring bar, and simplifies an exchanging operation and a mechanism therefor.;SOLUTION: The boring bar magazine 5 includes: a magazine substrate 15 fixed to a machine body; a frame part 16 supported on the magazine substrate so as to be elevated and lowered, and storing a plurality of boring bars 8; and a moving means 17 for linearly moving the boring bars stored in the frame part so as to be plotted at a plotting position P0 of a prescribed height.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
