SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING BREAKAGE OF FINE POWDERY COAL INJECTING FACILITY, AND FINE POWDERY COAL INJECTING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preventing the breakage of fine powdery coal injecting facility by which the breakage of a dust-collecting apparatus of the fine powdery coal injecting facility can surely be prevented, and to provide the fine powdery coal injecting facility which hardly causes the breakage of the dust-collecting apparatus.;SOLUTION: The fine powdery coal injecting facility is provided with: a roller mill 1 for crushing the coal into the fine powdery coal; a bag filter 2 for collecting the fine powdery coal while separating it from gas; and an injecting tank 3 for injecting the fine powdery coal into a blast furnace. In such fine powdery coal injecting facility, the system for preventing the breakage of the fine powdery coal injecting facility is provided. The system includes: a thermometer 21 for measuring the temperature of the fine powdery coal 20 in the bag filter 2; a controller 22 for calculating the introduction quantity of inert gas needed to keep the inside of the bag filter 2 in a non-active state so as not to ignite the fine powdery coal, based on the temperature measured resu and an inert gas introducing apparatus 23 for introducing the inert gas into the bag filter 2, based on the calculated result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
