PSOLUTION: Whether anthroponym expressions in a processed text are a perfect name or an imperfect name is decided by a perfect name/imperfect name decision means 3, and an imperfect name feature word list is created by extracting a feature word related with the anthroponym expressions decided to be the imperfect name from the processed text by a perfect name identification means 4, and a perfect name candidate is extracted by retrieving an imperfect name/perfect name correspondence database 1 by using the anthroponym expression as a key, and the feature word corresponding to the imperfect name candidate and its weight are acquired by retrieving the perfect name feature word database 2 by using the perfect name candidate as a key, and the degree of similarity of the perfect name candidate to the anthroponym expressions is calculated from the corresponding feature word and its weight and the imperfect name feature word list, and the perfect name candidate whose degree of similarity is the highest is output as the perfect name corresponding to the anthroponym expressions.
