PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relationship diagram creating system for creating a radial relationship diagram enabling association between a specific object item and an object item associated thereto. PSOLUTION: The system implements a number-of-direct-links extracting means for extracting the number of direct links for each object item, thereafter a group developing/distributing means for radially developing the group of a first object item having the largest number of links and a second object item directly linked to the first object item, distributing the developed group over a secondary plane (22), radially developing the group of a first object item having the second largest number of links among the other object items than the distributed object items and a second object item directly linked to the first object item, distributing the developed group over the secondary plane (22), and repeating such grouping, radial development, and distribution of the other object items in descending order of number of direct links than the distributed object items, and a relationship diagram creating means for creating a radial relationship diagram by connecting the corresponding object items of the developed groups through relationship lines (L5).
