PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning used weight calculation device for creating information showing the used amount of a seasoning.;SOLUTION: This weight calculation device is equipped with a seasoning weight information reception part 11 for receiving seasoning weight information which is the information showing the weight total of two or more seasonings preserved for use, a seasoning weight information accumulation part 12 for accumulating the seasoning weight information, a seasoning discrimination information reception part 13 for receiving seasoning discrimination information for discriminating the used seasoning, a seasoning used weight information creation part 14 for creating seasoning used weight information correlating a used weight which is a difference between the weight shown by the seasoning weight information before use of the seasoning and the weight shown by the seasoning weight information after use of the seasoning with the seasoning discrimination information corresponding to the weight change by using the accumulated seasoning weight information, and a seasoning used weight information output part 15 for outputting the seasoning used weight information created by the seasoning used weight information creation part 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
