PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow acquirement of clearer emission image information in a short time, targeting regions activated under the effect of breathing and heartbeat.;SOLUTION: In this method for creating image information, a radiation detector detects first gamma rays generated inside the body due to a PET medical agent and second gamma rays radiated from a gamma ray source to go through the body. Each information obtained from the detected first gamma rays is used to respectively create emission image information (E image information) E0, E1, and E2 for each of body motion topological sections 0, 1, and 2 obtained by dividing the heartbeat and a breathing period. Each information obtained from the detected second gamma rays is used to respectively create transmission image information (T image information) T0, T1, and T2 for each of the body motion topological sections 0, 1, and 2. Relative displacements F10 and F20 are obtained by respectively superimposing the T image information T1 and T2 on the T image information T0.
