PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed content delivery system enabling contents to be copied into local servers, without adversely affecting the content delivery of the local servers.;SOLUTION: The distributed content delivery system includes a plurality of local servers capable of delivering contents to client terminals; and a center server for copying and providing various contents to the local servers and determining local servers that deliver the contents to the client terminals. The center server includes a means for monitoring load information of each of resources in local server machines; a means for creating a copy schedule by deciding at least the number of contents to be copied simultaneously for each local server, in accordance with the load information of the resources in each local server machine; and a means for copying the various contents into each local server, according to the copy schedule created.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
