PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely backup downloaded delivery data without imposing an economic burden on a user. PSOLUTION: Since a backup server device 200a relays a content download request of a mobile terminal device 300a and automatically backs up content in a relay stage, backup is surely performed without a user the mobile terminal device 300a being aware of it. Even though there are erroneous content erasure, data damage and renewal of the mobile terminal device 300a , the user of the mobile terminal device 300a acquires the same content not from a content server device 100a but from the backup server device 200a, so that it is unnecessary to download the same content from the content server device 100a.
