PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register a parts list in a system for managing the parts list such as a PDM system.;SOLUTION: A template selecting means 22 selects a configuration template and information template corresponding to a product configuration type input from a terminal device 1, from the configuration templates and the information templates registered in a template memorizing section 26, and an attribute information setting means 23 sets a candidate of the attribute information selected by the input from the terminal device 1 from the candidates of the attribute information registered in the attribute information candidate memorizing section 27, in an attribute information field of the selected information template. An input/output means 21 transmits the configuration template and the information template to a configuration registering and managing device 3.
