PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a tire due to load of an upper rim by eliminating giving of load burden of the upper rim to the tire in an automatic tire inspection device to prevent eccentricity of a rim-assembled tire. PSOLUTION: In the tire rim assembling mechanism of the automatic tire inspection device, the upper rim 20 mounted to an upper surface of the tire T horizontally mounted onto a lower rim 30 is fixed to a main spindle 10 by previously pulling up it to the main spindle 10 side by an upper rim pulling up mechanism (upper rim pulling up ring 12 and upper rim pulling up cylinder 14 and shaft 16) mounted to the main spindle 10 side. In the state, the lower rim 30 is raised to the upper rim 20, the upper rim 30 is fixed to the tire, and the rim-assembled tire T is fixed to the main spindle 10. In the state, only the upper rim pulling up mechanism is descended, the main spindle 10 is rotated, and inspection of appearance of the tire T is performed. Further, a positioning means comprising a positioning pin and a positioning hole is provided between an upper surface of an upper rim connector 22 and a lower end surface of an upper rim mounting part 10a of the main spindle 10.
