PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily introducing a protein into a bionanocapsule. PSOLUTION: The protein inclusion type bionanocapsule includes a target protein (physiologically active proteins such as various peptide hormones which cause physiological action when introduced into a cell, lymphokines, cytokines, and enzymes; antigenic proteins which act as vaccines; and the like) in a particle constituted of a hepatitis B virus protein and a phospholipid membrane while being bonded to the above phospholipid membrane through a lipid-bonded peptide.
