PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronism control method and a mobile communication system, which can perform a synchronism control efficiently between a plurality of base stations for a mobile station. PSOLUTION: In the synchronism control method in the mobile communication system containing a plurality of base stations 10 and mobile stations 20, the mobile station 20 detects respective receiving timings T#1 to T#n according to a signal received from a plurality of base stations #1 to #n containing a base station #1 in connection, and when a timing difference between the receiving timing T#1 from the base station #1 in connection and the receiving timing from at least one of the other base stations exceeds a given threshold value Tth, the base station #1 in connection corrects a sending timing T#1 to the mobile station 20 so that a difference between the receiving timing T#1 and the receiving timing from the other base station is put in the given threshold value Tth.
