PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer circuit which ensures low loss and low distortion performance over a wide bandwidth.;SOLUTION: The image enhanced mixer circuit is provided with: a first filter (1) which receives an RF signal and passes only a desired RF component; a balun/mixing elements unit (6) which prepares a LO input (6m) to which an LO signal from a local oscillator is input, an RF input (6l) to which the RF component is input, and an IF output (6n) to which an IF signal corresponding to the RF component and the LO signal is output; and a second filter (4) which passes only the desired IF component of the IF signal which is output from the IF output. The mixer circuit is also provided with a phase shift means (3) which is connected between the IF output and the second filter, or between the first filter and the RF input, and works to adjust a phase of the passing signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
