PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee plastering machine having a levee shaping member to shape a levee, wherein the levee shaping member has a top-shaping part to shape the upper face of a levee and having a function to compact the surface soil of the upper face of the levee and a function to gather the excess soil toward the slope.;SOLUTION: The levee plastering machine includes a levee shaping member 1 composed of a slope shaping part 2 having a truncated circular cone shape to shape the slope 40b of a levee 40 by rotating around a shaft, and a top-shaping part 3 connected to the end of the slope shaping part 2, rotating together with the slope shaping part and shaping the top face 40a of the levee 40. A spiral groove 4 is continuously formed on the surface of the top-shaping part 3 from its end to the side of the slope shaping part 2.
