PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold reserving function improving system of a foodstuff by using a laminated body having a specific layer constitution and plasma, and an inexpensive cold reserving storage incorporated with this system.;SOLUTION: (1) This cold reserving function improving system has a paper coil constituted by superposing a set of thin layer-shaped coils spirally formed on a thin base material, connecting mutual outer peripheral end parts of the coil and being formed so that an electromagnetic field becomes NSSN or SNNS when passing an electric current to the connected coil, the laminated body A constituted by laminating a layer (a laminated element layer) constituted by laminating a plurality of thin films of arranging a spiral thin layer including one element on a surface by changing an element and a color material layer in this order, and a plasma generator.
