PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a strain gauge to an appropriate position with an appropriate angle by a large pressing force when it is pressingly attached to a tooth load measuring pulley.;SOLUTION: Finger hooking parts 29a, 29b of a strain gauge mounting tool 1 are operated with one hand so that they move in the mutually approaching direction. This allows two strain gauge mounting parts 10 to move in the mutually approaching direction and allows two plate members 7 to make contact with tooth load measuring parts 36a, 36b, respectively. The finger hooking parts 29a, 29b are then operated so that they move further in the mutually approaching direction, thereby allowing the plate members 7 to be pressed against the tooth load measuring parts 36a, 36b. At this time, since a large pressing force can be obtained even with one hand owing to a scissors-shaped scissors jaws member 21, strain gauges on the plate members 7 are attached to appropriate positions of the tooth load measuring parts 36a, 36b with appropriate angles, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
