PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionosphere electron density distribution estimation system capable of estimating an electron density distribution on an ionosphere by estimating accurately the total electron number on the propagation route ionosphere, and a positioning system.;SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a filter processing part 21 for specifying a continuous data collection period by determining existence of a cycle slip by using a deformation Kalman filter, an ionosphere total electron number estimation part 22 for converting a plurality of carrier phase pseudo distance differences after removing an uncertain value related to a carrier phase into the ionosphere electron number in the data collection period specified by the filter processing part, and an electron density estimation processing part 22a for estimating the electron density distribution on the ionosphere by using the ionosphere electron number acquired by the ionosphere total electron number estimation part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
