PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method for waste material for efficiently wetting waste material of water repellent heat insulating material, and to provide a feedstock for recycling and its manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The treatment method for waste material comprises: a process 10 of preparing the waste heat insulating material obtained by grinding the water repellent heat insulating material including porous material or fibrous material; a compression process 20 of compressing the waste material in order to crack fragments included in the waste material; and an immersion process 30 of making a wetting liquid permeate into the waste material by immersing the compressed waste material in the wetting liquid containing a surfactant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
