PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent alteration of recorded information and forgery of a printing pattern itself on the medium in the information recording medium such as a card and the like requiring individual recognition such as a credit card and a cash card. PSOLUTION: Invisible information recording medium includes: an invisible information recording unit having at least first invisible information formed by an IC chip, specific ink, and magnetic recording; and a printing pattern for having at least a pattern consisting of a plurality of image lines, wherein the plurality of the image lines consist of a plurality of fine image lines, the interval of the adjacent fine image lines are set corresponding to at least the second invisible information to be embedded, and the first invisible information and the second invisible information are related. Further, there are provided a recording instrument and a recording method thereof, an authenticity discrimination instrument, and an authenticity discrimination method thereof.
