PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detector of construction machinery, which can determine the occurrence of a failure even if a pressure sensor outputs a normal value, and the construction machinery which includes the abnormality detector.;SOLUTION: A drive control portion 32 determines that the pressure sensors 29A and 29B are in an abnormal state, when determining that a signal input from the pressure sensors 29A and 29B and indicating hydraulic pressure falls within a normal value, in the case of determining the nonusable state of the construction machinery by the signal input from a gate lock operation portion 26 and indicating the opened/closed state of a gate 26B. Thus, a failure in the pressure sensors 29A and 29B can be determined even if the hydraulic pressure detected by the pressure sensors 29A and 29B indicates the normal value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
