PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new allele contained in A2 which is one of subtypes of HLA-A antigen.;SOLUTION: This new allele of the HLA-A2 encoding a specific amino acid sequence and a new allele of the HLA-A2 having a specific base sequence or its complementary sequence showing a totally different positive response from the known alleles are confirmed by analyzing the gene types of the HLA-A genes by using a multiple number of beads of making an oligonucleotide probe as a solid phase. By analyzing the gene types of the HLA-A genes on the new allele of the HLA-A2 encoding the specific amino acid sequence, or the new allele of the HLA-A2 having the specific base sequence or its complementary sequence by using the multiple number of the beads of making the oligonucleotide probe as the solid phase, the totally different positive response from the known allele is shown.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
