PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion accelerating simple spray testing machine, capable of efficiently inspecting the durability of the surface treatment applied to a jointing metallic material, such as, anchor bolt, battledore metallic material used in a wood building, using a simple constitution.;SOLUTION: The corrosion accelerating simple spray testing machine 10 is a testing machine for inspecting the durability of the surface treatment applied to the jointing metallic material, such as, anchor bolt, battledore metallic material used in the wood building and is constituted of a hollow box-like testing chamber 11; the testpiece-holding part 12 provided to the upper part of the testing chamber 11; a spray liquid storage part 13, provided to the lower part of the testing chamber 11; and the ultrasonic sprayer 25 provided to the spray liquid storage part 13. The testing chamber 11 is constituted of its body part 14 and a spray-producing part 15, and a first suction fan 16 is attached to the side surface 15b of the spray-producing part 15. The pressure in the spray-producing part 15 is made positive by the action of the first suction fan 16 and sends the spray produced by the spray-producing part 15 in the machine body part 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
