PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flattening member for an ink coating film a flattening roller for an ink coating film which are for flattening the surface of the ink coating film formed on a transparent substrate and by which color unevenness occurring in transmitted light through the transparent substrate is suppressed as the reverse transfer of the ink is prevented.;SOLUTION: The flattening member 1 for the ink coating film includes a base material layer 2, a mold releasing layer 4 laminated on one surface 3 of the base material layer 2 and an elastic layer 6 laminated on the other surface of the base material layer 2. The surface of the mold releasing layer 4 has 30-280 nm arithmetic average roughness Ra and ≤30 mN/m surface tension and the elastic layer 6 has 0.1-5 mm thickness and 0.5-20 MPa compressive elastic modulus Ec.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
