PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition for a cell permeabilization treatment applied for the quality control of microorganisms in a liquid or gas medium, invading into a production chain for foodstuffs or medicines.;SOLUTION: This composition for the permeabilization treatment of the walls of the microorganisms is provided by including the combination of octyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (NOG), sodium polyphosphates (HMP) and a salt selected from lithium chloride and rubidium chloride, and enumerating and identifying the viable cells forming fine colonies of the precipitated and cultured cells on a membrane by using the composition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
