EVALUATION METHOD FOR LOAD TO OVEN WALL AT EXTRUDING OF COKE IN COKE OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a load to an oven wall from an oven wall profile information obtained by measuring an oven wall shape in an actual carbonization chamber of a coke oven in order to be able to evaluate an influence on the load of the oven wall by the difference of a shape and a position of unevenness formed on oven wall of a carbonization chamber of coke oven.;SOLUTION: An evaluation method for the load to an oven wall in a coke oven comprises preliminarily calculating the relationship of the load to the oven wall with respect to the shape and the position of the oven wall unevenness by a coke-extruding test using an extruding test apparatus in which the unevenness is formed on one sidewall corresponding to the oven wall, measuring the oven wall profile in the carbonization chamber of the coke oven, and estimating the load acting on the oven wall unevenness part at the time of extruding of the coke based on the relationship which is preliminarily calculated from the shape and the position of the oven wall unevenness obtained by measuring the oven wall profile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
