PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensor, photosensor array, imaging element, and imaging apparatus which can reduce the amount of leakage current (dark current) generated in a photoelectric conversion layer, even when an organic compound is used for a photoelectric conversion layer, and to provide a method for manufacturing them.;SOLUTION: A photosensor comprises a substrate, a photoelectric conversion layer on the substrate, which is made of an organic compound producing electric charges by incidence of light; a pixel electrode for collecting the electric charges produced in the photoelectric conversion layer; a light-collecting member for condensing the incident light in the direction of the photoelectric conversion layer, wherein the light- collecting member is arranged adjacent to the photoelectric conversion layer.
