PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which selects channels to which 7 frequencies are assigned, in DSRC, by an easy method.;SOLUTION: Electric waves at 7 frequencies are received by a reception part 40, and 7 frequencies are divided into two groups by a control part 90. When a divided group includes a plurality of frequencies, processing is repeated wherein a switch 70 is switched to input a high frequency converted to an intermediate frequency by a frequency converter 50, to a first filter 60 and the frequencies in the divided group are furthermore divided into two groups in response to excess over a prescribed value of the field intensity of the output of the first filter detected by a field intensity detection part 80. When a divided group includes only one channel, processing is repeated wherein the switch 70 is switched to input the high frequency to a second filter 62 and the frequency is selected as a frequency to be obtained, in response to excess over a prescribed value of the field intensity of the high frequency detected by the field intensity detection part 80.
