PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage controller capable of cooling efficiently the inside of a casing, by forming each individual cooling channel in every area within the casing, and by forming each cooling channel bendingly to bypass a connecting substrate.;SOLUTION: The inside of the casing 2 is partitioned into a front side and a rear side by the connecting substrate 3. A logic substrate 4 and a battery device 5 are provided in a front face of the connecting substrate 3, and the logic substrate 4 and an electric power source device 8 are provided in a rear face of the connecting substrate 3. The battery device 5 and the electric power source device 8 positioned in left and right side of the casing are cooled respectively by the individual cooling channels ((b), (d)).
