PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit vehicle information including charging state to an indoor user at low cost. PSOLUTION: In water heating apparatus, an indoor remote controller 40 installed indoor with a display means 44 and a water heating apparatus body 30A installed outdoors are electrically connected and configured to operate while communicating with each other. Thus, by transmitting information by electrically connecting the water heating apparatus of such a structure and the vehicle-charging device 20B, which charges a storage device of a vehicle 10, the vehicle information from the vehicle-charging device 20B can be displayed on the display means 44 of the indoor remote controller 40. Namely, by sharing the indoor display means 44 between the water heating apparatus and the vehicle-charging device 20B, an indoor device part 40A exclusively for the vehicle-charging device and lead-in work and the like of a special communication line 6 are not required, so that the vehicle information including the charging state can be transmitted to an indoor user at low cost.
