BASE ISOLATING AND REFURBISHING METHOD FOR EXISTING BUILDING AND CARRIAGE-TYPE INSTALLING APPARATUS USED IN IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolating and refurbishing method for an existing building for installing a base isolation apparatus using a carriage-type installing apparatus, and to provide the carriage-type installing apparatus used in it.;SOLUTION: A lower flange plate of the base isolation apparatus to be installed is placed on an upper face of the carriage. The carriage-type installing apparatus which is movable and has a preassembled reinforcement inside a frame of the carriage is arranged in a base isolation layer. The carriage-type installing apparatus is moved to an installation position of the base isolation apparatus, and the preassembled reinforcement and an anchor reinforcement arranged in the lower skeleton are joined together for positioning. A form is assembled on a side face of the carriage-type installing apparatus and the concrete is placed in a manner of burying the carriage-type installing apparatus to form a lower base of the base isolation apparatus. A reinforcement is structured between an upper face of an upper flange plate of the base isolation apparatus and a lower face of the upper skeleton of the existing building, and a form is assembled. The concrete is placed in the form to obtain an upper base of the base isolation apparatus. After curing of the concrete, the form is removed and the load of the existing building is transferred to the base isolation apparatus.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
