PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating/air-conditioning device of high reliability capable of keeping the dryness of a refrigerant at an outlet of an evaporator to a prescribed target value, and performing an operation of high efficiency, and free from problems such as a dew splash caused by the drying of the evaporator, and further to provide an outdoor unit and a control device used in the refrigerating/air-conditioning device.;SOLUTION: This refrigerating/air-conditioning device constituted by circularly connecting a compressor 3, a heat exchanger 15 for a condenser, a pressure reducing device 10 and a heat exchanger 16 for an evaporator further comprises an internal heat exchanger 14, a heat exchanging amount detecting means 12a detecting the heat exchanging amount of the internal heat exchanger 14, a superheat degree detecting means 12b for detecting a degree of the superheat of the refrigerant at an inlet of the compressor, a target superheat degree calculating means 12c for determining a degree of the superheat (target degree of superheat) of the refrigerant at the inlet of the compressor to keep the outlet state of the heat exchanger for the evaporator in a saturated gas state on the basis of the internal heat exchanging amount, and a control device 12 for adjusting a flow rate of the pressure reducing device 10 to keep the degree of the superheat of the refrigerant at the inlet of the compressor to the target degree of the superheat.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
